For more than forty years since qualifying with Doctorates in Osteopathy and Chiropractic, Diplomas in Naturopathy and Clinical Hypnotherapy, I have been amazed at the work of many of my colleagues who have patients coming back more often than I consider necessary for many common complaints. My concerns today are as follows:
- The cost to the patient not covered by (alternative) insurance
- The cost to the patients who need a series of treatments even if they are covered by insurance.
- The cost to those who could lose their Franchise that they are saving for more serious problems.
- The cost to the Health Insurance Companies who are now looking for ways to avoid paying out for many treatments
