Since the beginning of this century there have been giant steps made in bringing out the best in human endeavour. It is time to shrug off the old methods of developing the potential and talents of people. The information contained in ‘How Life Works’ presents a major breakthrough in human development and gives new meaning to the term ‘Success Science’.
Many a fine talent is lost, despite the best education and training because the most important lessons have not been learned. They may have learned how to market, program, compute, manage, be a banker or a broker but have not learnt how life works. Not knowing, despite education and training and following the rules, causes frustration and failure when a few simple lifestyle adjustments is all that is necessary to turn it all around.
The Seminar series of ‘How Life Works’ consists of exposure to experiences like no other, aimed specifically to the participants’ needs. This is already a departure from the usual programs that are aimed at fulfilling the requirements of the company or organisation. Personal Development Training is not high on the wish list of most firms yet more and more it is being recognised as being the most important if personal, career and life success is to be achieved This benefits all around including those who employ him or her. Many of today’s employers still opt instead for ‘skills’ training in their particular field. The only courses that might come close to addressing subjects that might benefit a person in their overall life skills are in certain facets of sales training.
Human Resources departments are just what the name says... departments in a bigger scheme whose job it is to acquire the right cog for the corporate machine, and as such are usually instructed to provide training relevant to the particular function of the participant or cog, rather than the development of the participant as a person.
More experienced people and the responsible executives of the top companies in the world have shown that, if you develop the character and personality of the recipient, the more successful he/she will be in whatever job they hold.

Adaptations of the above themes can be arranged in conferences, congresses or in company training by Keynote Speeches, Half Day, Full Day and 2-3-Day Seminars.
In the business environment we have all been rallied by high profiled (and highly priced) motivators; they make us laugh and urge us to achieve goals, win against adversity and how to make our own personal millions. They tell us inspirational stories and convince us that “Yes We Can”. It does not take long however, to discover that the euphoria dwindles because we have not been shown or taught “How We Can”.
The person needed to teach ‘How Life Works’, the person(s) who can give the benefit of experience, is the one who has ‘been there and done that!’ The persons who have had both monumental failures and successes are the only ones to be believed. We now know specific ways and means of achieving our own personal goals and satisfaction... We know “How Life Works”.

It is still not easy indulging in self promotion despite all of the learning and experiences, the ups and downs, the wins and losses. However, following are just a few of the facets and skills which have brought me into the position whereby I can impart this information, knowing it will work for virtually everybody prepared to spend a little time on themselves.
In Australia

In Switzerland
As therapist and trainer:
Currently running a very busy Osteopathic Practice addressing all types of health problems.
Teaching patients and others about Emotional Management and Elimination of negative experiences and influences.
Trained for Integro, an American based company in Interpersonal Experience (IPE), Transactional Analysis and Personality Profiling.
Ran sales seminars for major software builders and also consulted to the Swiss Börse.
Profiled applications for companies’ HR departments including Rank Xerox, NCR, Digital and several Kantonal Banks.
As a performer and composer:
Won The Eurovision Country Music Song Contest representing Switzerland in 1988.
Starred in and co-wrote the Musical ‘Jeff, the Western Musical Show’, which ran for 3 months with 50’000 visitors.
Performed several times in the Hallenstadion Country Festivals
Earned five gold and two Platinum records (CD’s) on the Ktel and BMG labels.
Appeared several times on all major Television shows.
Instigated the trend for Christmas and Gospel shows that still run every year.
Authored the book “Der Charisma-Faktor” published by Orell-Füssli.
Naturally, on the way there were many other experiences. Most succeeded; those that were not so successful, taught valuable lessons learnt from the difficulties and so provided even more useful experiences to be passed on to participants of future programs.
Custom Programs
Some of our clients required specific training programs aimed at unique situations the participant(s) may face. Such programs included the production of a film and manual for safety in coal mines; others for banks to cope with the change to new methods brought about by computerization. Recently, software developers were required to learn to sell to an American Market. This kind of work can be done in collaboration with the client.
Translation, Locations, Costing and Contact.
Except for small groups where I can cope with Schweizerdeutsch, programs will be conducted in English with a translator or Dolmetscher if required. Price adjustments will be made.
The locations can be ‘in house’ at the client’s address, in a convenient hotel or in our seminar rooms in Buochs Nidwalden. No charges will be made for utilizing our rooms.
Costs of seminars and customised material development (Basic fixed material is included in every course) can be negotiated on application.
